Armored personnel carriers used to move troops around. I wonder why moving so many fort hood is home to the 3RD ARMORED DIV something is about to hit the fan.

Those vehicles have to be maintained and these are probably returning from the Anniston Army Depot after major servicing where they strip them down to their basic components and then rebuild them to like new spec.
