AP NEWS 3/28/2019: Mexico To Setup Caravan Containment Belt

It took me a lot of digging to find this article. Why? It was written by an AP News correspondent. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Has anyone heard of this? I follow the border situation very closely and just found this article a few minutes ago.

So this is good news that Mexico is FINALLY mobilizing their troops to their Southern border to control this out of control situation. It's not the total solution but Mexico HAS to be part of the overall solution.
