Anyone heard of Moon Express and is it listed

this company is trying to set up a mining company on the moon to provide materials to feed space industrialization and it has been bribing politicians to get approval for their initial mission with the goal of winning the $20 million Google prize and getting the publicity needed to finance their long range plan.

I thought I might get a better read by posting this thread than by researching it myself..
