I played a shitload of guitar through the 80's and 90's when I lived in Austin and DFW. Damned Texas: There are 10,000 million guitar-slingers there and every one of them was better then I was. It's funny too how everything changed from Stevie Ray Vaughn to Pantera and Drowning Pool. Most people think of Texas as being mostly country or blues.

Most Texans are born with a guitar in one hand and a gun in the other.
