What this amounts to is an actual, recognizable in our faces victory of the postmodernist radical Left cultural revolution; the winning of a battle by using our young minds and bodies against us to change government policy, and break down law and order. It is no different than using terror or limited coup d'état right in front of America's eyes, in public, and without equal government use of force to prevent or reverse it. Will our nation fall city by city, or all at once to the radical Left?

Suspects taken into custody can be taken to a Military base under arrest and kept until a Federal Judge makes the bail or incarceration order .
