However in Texas the act was waived, in Puerto Rico it wasn't waved.

I mean I can say that Norway has a great quality of life. That doesn't mean if WWIII starts up I believe that Norway should have the worlds best special forces unit that should come to the rescue.

Saudi Arabia has a really low tax rate. I can say that's awesome but that doesn't mean that if the US is building a Moon base, I am calling them out for not being at the forefront of that joint effort.

I'm asking why all those individuals that say other countries do things better than use (examples have been provided) don't demand those other countries do more. If they think Country X is better than the one in which they live, they should start pushing Country X to do more.
