ANTIFA web site host served subpoena for all data

try defending THE CONSTITUTION for a change nitwit!

where in the Constitution does it say that Communist morons cannot be subpoena'ed?
from what I've read, previously, they are asking for every IP Address for any and everyone who ever visited the site, even for 3 minutes to visit and read a post, so they can see who supposedly was involved in criminal activities at Berkley(not Charlottesville)....is my understanding of the subpoena from articles read last week....the owner of the host website refused because he believes the request is way to broad when only 100 people or so were involved in the criminal activity, giving up 1.3 million IP Addresses of mostly innocent people not involved in any crimes at all for the FBI was unacceptable ....and he's RIGHT imo, it is too broad of a search, it should be focused and narrowed down...
They will not be investigating lurkers, but participants, I am sure

from what I've read, previously, they are asking for every IP Address for any and everyone who ever visited the site,

exactly

they should

they should simply issue a warrant

and take it
they would need probable cause for a warrant for the 1.3 million that showed they each probably committed a crime...

we'll see...this will definitely be going to the higher courts for constitutionality!
This now falls under terrorism...FISA is all that is now necessary and you will never be told..
IF Antifa is actually declared a terrorist org.

the owner of the hosting website will tell everyone, it won't be secret if he is served with the warrant or new subpoena.

FISA is FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE not domestic.

Just
it is more than likely unconstitutional.... they are looking for 100 people but are basically asking for the names and addresses (thru their ip address info) and complete internet whereabouts of 1.3 million people that could have simply been to this site, even only once...

it breaks the 4th amendment...with an unreasonable search... imo.

there has to be a way to narrow the search down to where those being searched, the govt has probable cause that they committed a crime...you would think?
Now that they are designated a terrorist organization and the web site a terrorist recruiting/funding site it falls under national security and our anti-terrorism laws. They are considered an enemy combatant against the US and they loose their fourth amendment rights.

Its going to be a rude awakening for you guys when you realize that your own actions have forfeited your constitutional rights....
1.3 million who simply visited the site can not be designated as individual terrorists without cause. What if nimrod on this site gave a link to what someone posted on their site and we all hit the link to read what was said?

Would we really be designated as terrorists for that....? I don't think so....the govt needs more than a visit to a site for that.... for goodness sake, this is America, not Russia!
to learn your name and affiliation? No they don't. Getting the list is just an initial step in the investigation. Trust me your already on plenty of lists if you have a social security number, pay taxes, or drive a car.
what good would getting a judge to allow a subpoena for all IP addresses without the FBI being able to follow and trace the IP addresses???

Are you saying they can't? :cuckoo:

FISA is FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE not domestic.
Your having a real hard time with the term ENEMY COMBATANT. Terrorism by an identified group is considered foreign. (domestic doesn't mean crap) The group has foreign ties IE George Soros funding..

Antifa is international. It originated in Germany, but they've been rioting all over the globe.

In the face of the supeona issued that is kind of a quibble

Kind of fly's in the face of the fact this is a FOREIGN terrorist organization that originated in GERMANY! I'm still wondering how this group got 501-c-3 status in the USA give its radical communist agenda..

You sure are stuck on the fact that to investigate who IS they need all the names and addresses. Dumb fuck.

ANTIFA web site host served subpoena for all data..

The Department of Justice has issued a subpoena for all IP's, pictures and data held by Dream Host. The site is used for organizing violent protests and planning violence and is now considered a terrorist recruiting point of contact by the Department of Justice.

"Jeff Sessions just sent a clear message to the anti-fascist violent protestors at the event in Charlottesville. The Trump Department of Justice has now requested information about the users of the anti-Trump website called DisruptJ20. The web host, Dream Host, says they will not comply with the request to hand over 1.3 million IP addresses of these anti-fascist, neo-socialists.

Jeff Sessions is working to keep his job. DreamHost is claiming that complying with the request will be going too far. They say it would be the equivalent of handing over 1.3 million visitor IP addresses, their information, email content and photos of the visitors to the website, says the Hill."

This is about to get very real...

Oh dear, now Trump can use the law Obama signed into effect, the NDAA.

Now the state can seize these left winged Obama supporters without due process and simply disappear forever cuz they are labeled terrorists.

Your having a hard time with the term ENEMY COMBATANT. This is some one who invokes force or fear against the US or makes threats to harm the US. As an enemy combatant you have NO RIGHTS under the US Constitution. Those are now gone and the USCMJ is the governing documents. The moment you put on the ANTIFA uniform, fly their flag and cover your face you have chosen to be an enemy combatant, your no longer an American with rights.
I have no problem with them going after the bad guys there. NONE, ZERO, ZIP!

The problem is getting 1.3 million IP addresses for any and every one who ever visited the site from it's creation.... it's too broad of a search...they need to narrow the search request...instead of casting the broad net, a narrower net focusing in on the perps.

No the net is always drawn this way, it's never drawn narrow.

This is how it's conducted, this is how we get the Paedophiles when the Target is an International Paedophile Ring.

This is called separating the wheat from the chaff, you draw in the whole List of what are considered Potential Persons of Interest, then you investigate all of them not physically anymore, Technological Advances do that very quickly for us, at the time of the gathering all are Potential Persons of Interest and are considered guilty until proven innocent, the innocent have nothing to fear, the guilty....well....
