ANTIFA web site host served subpoena for all data

Defending terrorists how American of you.
oh shut up ya twit!

try defending THE CONSTITUTION for a change nitwit!
Your having a hard time with the term ENEMY COMBATANT. This is some one who invokes force or fear against the US or makes threats to harm the US. As an enemy combatant you have NO RIGHTS under the US Constitution. Those are now gone and the USCMJ is the governing documents. The moment you put on the ANTIFA uniform, fly their flag and cover your face you have chosen to be an enemy combatant, your no longer an American with rights.
I have no problem with them going after the bad guys there. NONE, ZERO, ZIP!

The problem is getting 1.3 million IP addresses for any and every one who ever visited the site from it's creation.... it's too broad of a search...they need to narrow the search request...instead of casting the broad net, a narrower net focusing in on the perps.

They aren't declaring everyone who's ever been to the website a terrorist. I've probably clicked on their site, myself, at some point to check them out.
agree, but billy bob is the one who said THEY WERE! And I find that hard to believe that this would not be unconstitutional...

Random lookie-loo's would be ignored, likely. Donors and subscribers are what they need to investigate. I'm not tech savvy like that so not sure if there's a more narrow way to get that. It will be interesting to see what happens when the anonymity of the masks are stripped away.

I do believe they (not all) are terrorists. I am disturbed by the masks, disguised weapons, lawless blocking of rights of way (which forces a confrontation) and constant stream of, "Fuck you, fascist!" at everyone not wearing their uniform. Something needs to be done so we can get back to PEACEFUL protests.

ANTIFA web site host served subpoena for all data..

The Department of Justice has issued a subpoena for all IP's, pictures and data held by Dream Host. The site is used for organizing violent protests and planning violence and is now considered a terrorist recruiting point of contact by the Department of Justice.

"Jeff Sessions just sent a clear message to the anti-fascist violent protestors at the event in Charlottesville. The Trump Department of Justice has now requested information about the users of the anti-Trump website called DisruptJ20. The web host, Dream Host, says they will not comply with the request to hand over 1.3 million IP addresses of these anti-fascist, neo-socialists.

Jeff Sessions is working to keep his job. DreamHost is claiming that complying with the request will be going too far. They say it would be the equivalent of handing over 1.3 million visitor IP addresses, their information, email content and photos of the visitors to the website, says the Hill."

This is about to get very real...

Just
it is more than likely unconstitutional.... they are looking for 100 people but are basically asking for the names and addresses (thru their ip address info) and complete internet whereabouts of 1.3 million people that could have simply been to this site, even only once...

it breaks the 4th amendment...with an unreasonable search... imo.

there has to be a way to narrow the search down to where those being searched, the govt has probable cause that they committed a crime...you would think?
Now that they are designated a terrorist organization and the web site a terrorist recruiting/funding site it falls under national security and our anti-terrorism laws. They are considered an enemy combatant against the US and they loose their fourth amendment rights.

Its going to be a rude awakening for you guys when you realize that your own actions have forfeited your constitutional rights....
1.3 million who simply visited the site can not be designated as individual terrorists without cause. What if nimrod on this site gave a link to what someone posted on their site and we all hit the link to read what was said?

Would we really be designated as terrorists for that....? I don't think so....the govt needs more than a visit to a site for that.... for goodness sake, this is America, not Russia!
to learn your name and affiliation? No they don't. Getting the list is just an initial step in the investigation. Trust me your already on plenty of lists if you have a social security number, pay taxes, or drive a car.
what good would getting a judge to allow a subpoena for all IP addresses without the FBI being able to follow and trace the IP addresses???

ANTIFA has Deep ties to Gerogie's bank account. Get rid of the crooked democrat IRS chief so we can get some clarity. And maybe Gerorgie will rot in prison where he belongs or maybe we should exile his ass.

I know damn well I have, to survey what they're up to.

This is good!

This is winning!

C'mon, make it happen!

Please, Dreamhost, do it!

Why do they ask for so broad of a search, though? Why not people that signed up and stuff?
The reason for the broad request is the sites many uses. it was their funding and recruiting site.. thus all the facets of the terror group are seen. I would ask for all of it too...

I wonder if DHS is going to seize all of the 501C3 assets of this organization. They are claiming political organization status.... this needs to be shut down..

they should take all the names and any other information they have

the leftists found it tolerable

when the obama admin raided a shop that made 80% completed ar-15 lowers

even though the shop was legit

the feds ran off with the complete list of names of anyone that purchased one or several

where in the Constitution does it say that Communist morons cannot be subpoena'ed?
from what I've read, previously, they are asking for every IP Address for any and everyone who ever visited the site, even for 3 minutes to visit and read a post, so they can see who supposedly was involved in criminal activities at Berkley(not Charlottesville)....is my understanding of the subpoena from articles read last week....the owner of the host website refused because he believes the request is way too broad when only 100 people or so were involved in the criminal activity, giving up 1.3 million IP Addresses of mostly innocent people not involved in any crimes at all for the FBI was unacceptable ....and he's RIGHT imo, it is too broad of a search, it should be focused and narrowed down...

exactly

they should

they should simply issue a warrant

and take it

they should at very least freeze all accounts and financial activity

The subpoena time limit ends tomorrow.. It will likely take the form of a warrant given the fact they are now considered a terrorist organization. I would also expect the freezing of assets and the termination of the site..

they would need probable cause for a warrant for the 1.3 million that showed they each probably committed a crime...

we'll see...this will definitely be going to the higher courts for constitutionality!
