OK boys its time to man up and fight the power. Private companies apparently ARE recording what you say, we know the information is available for subpoenas, we know the "Patriot Act" standards for information gathering are pretty light, we know if you pay enough for Facebook advertising you get access to a whole other level of information than us small business fellows get.
If needed to satisfy your constitutional minimalism I think its time for an amendment limiting what information companies, entities created by big government, can collect on you.
