Some states are saying no, by having lower business taxes than the other. Asking for tax breaks is nothing but company saying to state, your taxes are too high. If you want my business, lower your taxes or I am going elsewhere. Nothing wrong with that. You know what is expense to taxpayers... when state says, you have to pay me to do business here... cause when business refuse, it's taxpayer who lose potential profit.
