Another Victory for Free Speech! Court: No campaign finance limits for small groups

DENVER – A [COLOR=#366388 !important][COLOR=#366388 !important]federal [COLOR=#366388 !important]appellate [/COLOR][COLOR=#366388 !important]court[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] says a Colorado voter-approved amendment that limits campaign contributions from small groups is unconstitutional.

A 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled Tuesday in favor of six homeowners that fought a Parker city proposal to annex their subdivision.

A lawyer for the homeowners says "there's no distinction between a little group and a large group spending money."

Yup! The government, state and otherwise" keeps trying to limit free speech and they keep getting slapped down.

Way to go challenging this law. They were right to do so.

Let's hope the USSC see's it their way as well.
