Here you are, another shooting in a country that confiscated guns from normal, law abiding Brits.

Leyton murder: Young man dead after east London shooting

Police were called at around 3.20am after gun shots were fired and a car crash near Melbourne Road and Capworth Street. The victim, in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Detective Chief Inspector Andrew Packer, leading the investigation, said: “The motive for the shooting is unclear at this stage. I need to hear from witnesses who saw anything suspicious in Leyton early on Saturday morning, and from anyone who has information that may help the murder investigation.”

And it's so unusual as to be worth a thread. Can you imagine a new thread 'Another shooting in the US'? That would be almost as good as 'The Sun Rose Today'

except.....they confiscated their guns....and are used as the example we are supposed to folloow....their gun crime rate did not change....in fact their violent crime rate went up 27% last year and their gun crime rate went up 4%.......in an Island nation that confiscated guns.

Except their firearm homicide rate is so low a shooting is a story, whereas a day without firearm homicides does not exist in the US.

A firearm homicide rate 42 times that of England Wales and Scotland combined. Yet that disgrace isn't even a news story, rather a shooting in the UK is worthy of comment because it is so rare.
