You're under the impression health care reform in the U.S. was modeled on the NHS? Not even close.

Anyway, under reform, health care in the U.S. remains decentralized, administered by state governments.

No, I'm not under any impressions. I know for a fact that obamacare added over 200 new government agencies, and they'll have to hire, at some estimates, 6,000 new IRS agents to implement the fines for not buying it. It bloats government and costs more than we can afford, and that's what they've come to realize in Britain after all these years. We could save ourselves a lot of head aches if we simply repealed obamacare, or declared it unconstitutional.
