Credit where credit is due the 400 billion deficit is gone.

Replaced by the trillion dollar deficit

Congress controls the purse strings. So what is Nancy doing to reduce the Budget Deficit?
Have you seen the democrat's 2020 Budget? Tell me about it.
Congress also needs to raise the Debt Ceiling by September so the US can borrow more money.

I hope Nancy says nothing happening without raising the top tax rate. That will reduce the deficit, which we are all concerned with.

Seen any Trump Vetoes? Half that deficit is due to the Trump tax cut. I believe it is the president who submits the budget. Half the current deficit is due to trump's tax cut.
