Lost Iowa - then won.

Lost Michigan - then tied (in delegates won)

impressive

Michigan GOP changes delegate award after vote - Yahoo! News

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Michigan GOP officials have voted to change the way they award 30 delegates from the presidential primary, a day after the tally showed native son Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum each getting 15.

The Michigan Republican Party Credentials Committee voted 4-2 Wednesday night to instead award 16 delegates to Romney and 14 to Santorum.

Maybe not - the Rs are cannibalizing again for Romney ...

Santorum had the lead and lost it, probably forever and not as any great loss.

The way I figured the tally the morning after primary night was 16-14. One for each Congressional district, and then two for the one who won the most votes.

They each won 14 districts, but Romney won the most votes. So 16-14.

See if you can figure out what's wrong with this logic:

Party rules say the final two delegates were supposed to be awarded proportionally, based on the statewide vote.

How do you award only two delegates proportionately?
