Hello. I'm new to USMB. I'm a refugee from another online political discussion forum. I'm hoping to find honest discussions and debates without name calling and personal attacks. I have definite opinions, but I'm always looking for different perspectives and new ideas. I'm looking forward to participating and hope I can make some positive contributions.

Welcome.....we do have a CDZ (Clean Debate Zone), unfortunately, the less informed, wound-up-tight members seem to not realize it and go in there with their insults and name-calling. If you report them their remarks will be deleted......but, they don't learn, haven't learned, so you have to treat them like children.

Hope you decide to stay and explore the many topics available. Don't feed the trolls, report the idiots and you can use the "ignore" feature on the completely looney ones....you'll find out soon enough who they are.
