There is nothing unusual about this but it seems S.K.'s response is incoherent. It's unclear if N.K. soldiers are welcomed even if their intent is to defect. It seems that sometimes they are shot at by S.K. and sometimes they are shot at by N.K. and sometimes both sides open up on each other. Somebody should get a handle on this.
