Another Mex Tries a get Rich off the Taxpayer Scam.

Has nothing to do with Race, and that shouldn't even come into it.

The school and police obviously over reacted.

But a million dollars worth? I don't think so.

How on earth are you even comparing the two?

This isn't about the girl in cuff, its about overlooking the rules. There not there to torment students, schools are trying to get control back so that these shootings will stop, if your not going to support them by wanting to let some rules slide then let the kids have control again.

How on earth does arresting a girl for writing on a desk prevent school shootings?

Right...because the shootings will stop if we abuse kids that write on their desks.

:cuckoo:

You really should have that "brain" of yours looked at.

What did her mother say in the interview about graffiti?

Don't really care. That doesnt answer the question.

Do you know how much money is wasted because schools refuse to do what they are supposed to do and call cops in on every single solitary thing? Give the girl a detention and make her scrub the desk. Dont give her a freakin criminal record.

Apparently this offence falls under the judicial system,so the schools have no choice but to call the police

That's bullcrap. They always have a choice. What the heck is detention for if there is no choice?

Were the discipline problems in this district so terrible that they needed to get to the point that the police were involved in every incident?

Maybe the girl pushed it to a point.

This is as bad as hauling a 12 year old out in handcuffs for using the desktop for a cheat pad with a pencil and then wiping the pencil mark off with his thumb. Definitely abuse of authority.

I'm just wondering if the police were called because they "had to be" because of a vandalism zero-tolerance policy or something - OR - if the school was so out-of-control disciplinewise that police were called all the time for all discipline issues - OR - if this girl provoked the administrators to the point where the police needed to be called (which doesn't seem to be the case)?
