Another loophole the Health Care reform act

As time gets closer, more and more loopholes and "special considerations" are coming out.
In another thread I outlined how parents are just now finding out that the promise of coverage under their healthcare plan extends to age 26 - is not true. It is especially not true until 2014, but even then certain provisions still make it not so for millions.

Well - here is another.
The Patient Protection and Affordable care act (the Affordable Care Act) stipulates a requirement that several preventative health services must be available without cost sharing. In other words must be covered 100%.
HOWEVER...Core HRA plans that cover millions of Americans...wait for it...under the Affordable Care Act....are grandfathered health plans inacted prior to the act, therefore the requirements do not apply....ever.
So when our President stood and talked about preventative care at no cost to you - it was simply not true.
