    I have to wonder, why schools shouldn't have to just provide a breakdown by race and socioeconomic status. What really makes 0 sense, the NCLB doesn't really provide for the logical outcomes of districts with a disproportionate number of poor, minorities, and special ed.

    These factors are more than a tad related, but it's the weak link inherent in the criteria.
