It was stated in the link I posted, and by the Department of Education. NO matter their economic background black students are receiving harsher punishments than white students. I will explain even more since you are having a problem understanding.........
The Department of Education is stating that black children are receiving long or harsher punishments for an offense, while white students receive lesser or shorter punishments for the same offense. It also stated that they are being suspended for offenses, that white students are not being suspended for.
This would mean there is no standardized system, now wouldn't it? I included the fucking hypocrite part because it what you stated in your post about liberals. It obviously went over your head.
