Well your right. If a law or even an amenment that has not yet been enacted and you believe it is unjust, you do not have to obey that unjust could-be law. So we won't worry about hanging redheads until the law is passed. In fact a lot of us are doing that right now, not obeying laws that are unjust if the law has not yet been passed.
