Another Dem Victory!!!!

Huh. Yeah, the culture of revenge and hypocrisy strike again. Such a victory. Can't wait till you get your company shut down and you sent home without pay cause they dared to oppose the Regime.

Chris Dodd himself stated nobody will know how this thing operates till it's passed. That is a recipe for totalitarianism and fear if I ever heard one. They are foolishly passing blind legislation that has 2000 pages to rewrite this nation's laws.

You're a bloody fool to be cheering on the loss of your rights as a American... but I expect no less from useful idiots like yourself.

No Republican Congress or Administration would come close to trying to regulate wall street. Money does not attack money.

What are you talking about? Democrat politicians are the richest people around. And they purposely call for policies that will keep the poor and the middle class down so that no one else will ever become rich and challenge their power.
Aw, jeez.....now 'Baggers are projecting their ol' fave (i.e. White-trash vs. minorities), onto Dems, huh??

Nothin' original about YOU folks.

Quite the opposite. You are projecting your plans and policies on conservatives and have been for years. We are just exposing the truth.

Actually, taking the top 15 richest politicians in Congress in 2010, nine of them are Democrats and six are Republicans.

News Headlines
Rich Democrats earned their money by helping people. Rich Republicans exploited children and minorities in illegal sweatshops.

..or some kind of similar bullshit that lets liberals live with their hypocrisy.

Kind of sad when destroying the nation is a Democrat victory.

The economy will only take so many of these "victories".

What bothers me most about his post is that he is more concerned about a victory for Democrats than he is for the American people.
....As if the 'Baggers (or, ANY other "conservatives") even RECOGNIZE anything good, happening!

Not to worry. I'll cover it!

Yeah. I mean it's just an absolute coincidence that The government is funding Petrobras, which happens to also be a major George Soros investment. It's just a coincidence that Obama is putting in a moritorium on drilling in the Gulf, which if it stays in effect, will send the Oil platforms into Petrobras's hands so that they can drill is much deeper and more dangerous waters.

Sure the people of Louisiana and the Gulf reach will lose Tens of thousands of jobs so George Soros can make money. But hey, Im sure he is really trying to help them in some way.

Collateral damage.

Great fact-free rhetoric.

What isn't accurate?
"...destroying the nation..." is hardly specific.

Is this or is this not a power grab by politicians?
Only if you consider law-enforcement a power-grab.

Aren't the corrupt politicians orchastrating the bill the ones who caused the problem to begin with?
Hardly.

You can ask John McCain about that one......

CLAIM: “I am absolutely confident that the bill that emerges is going to be a bill that prevents bailouts.”
FACT: The Congressional Democrats’ bill includes a $50 billion ‘bailout fund’ that puts taxpayers on the hook for irresponsible actions by “too big to fail’ banks” on Wall Street.
CLAIM: “I am actually confident that we can work out an effective bipartisan package that assures that we never have ‘too big to fail’ again.”
FACT: The Democrats’ proposal would actually enshrine “too big to fail” in permanent law – helping a handful of big banks on Wall Street and hurting smaller community banks across the country.
CLAIM: “We have a strong mechanism to regulate derivatives, something that we have not had, a derivatives market that is in the shadow economy but is enormously powerful, enormously risky — we want to get that into daylight so that regulators and ordinary Americans know what’s going on when it comes to this huge segment of the financial system.
FACT: The actual effect of Democrats’ bailout bill will be to push the derivatives market overseas – making it even less transparent and accountable, and costing American jobs."

We will face all the same financial catastrophes down the road. Socialists/Progressives don't have a clue. We'll pay for their incompetence again in the future.

ooooooooooooooooooooooooo......The Lonely Conservative.....what an established reference-point.

"Most of my family members are conservative, like me. But I have a lot of friends and co-workers who totally disagree with me politically. On occasion I do try to change their minds, but for the most part I try my best to avoid the heated debates."

This is a great bill and a second giant feather in obama's hat. It didn't go far enough but that's politics. Funny how the conservatards didn't list a specific they were against. Lol
