Turns out, lying runs in the family. Mitt is constitutionally unable to tell the truth, one of the sons lied about the dog and now Ann is lying about the dog. Notice how, all these YEARS later, she suddenly has a reason for the dog's diarrhea? Why wasn't that mentioned any time during the past 4+ years of lies?

Or maybe that particular breed shows it's happiness by spewing diarrhea all over the back window of the car?

No kidding - this is one fucking crazy bunch of looney-tunes. Wonder what the story will morph into from this.

Like the "Ann Romney had the choice to stay home" magically morphing into "poor Ann Romney being attacked for being a mother".

You don't own a dog do you?

I've always had dogs and other animals but I'm the boss. We travel from one home to the other almost every week - that's two ways. Our dog is inside the car with us, as are the two cats. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Is this a "big issue"? Yes and no. For people like Stephanie, who speaks of herself in the Royal We, for Pete's sake and refers to the "damn dog", nope, not very important at all.

But, like it or not, there are millions of Americans for whom this is important. Not for what he did but for his attitude and the whole family's lies about it since.

This latest lie from Ann Romney, along with him saying that since it has gotten so much attention, he wouldn't do it again, was pretty much the crowning touch.

Like everything else they say, their so-called "gaffes" which are their true feelings accidentally stated out loud, they just can't help themselves. After all, it wasn't just one four legged dog they didn't care about, it was also a group of black women that Mittens called "dogs".
