She also said, "growth requires entrepreneurship". What she meant is that we got from the stone age to here thanks to freedom from government and entrepreneurship, i.e., the private sector invents new products, the government does not, it invests in Solyndra or as the USSR did.
The liberal will simply lack the IQ to understand the above.
