political activity or for the support of or opposition to any
candidate or any political party in connection with any general or
special election to any political office, or in connection with any
primary election or political convention or caucus held to select
candidates for any political office, shall be fined under this
title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

There are also 3 or 4 other FEDERAL LAWS that address this same issue. This guy makes Nixon look like the most above board President ever--LOL.
Wow...I never considered this possibility and it makes sense!!!! Insure your election opposition is eliminated for your vote....it this turns out to be true then there will be a Presidential resignation or an impeachment...there is NO DOUBT about that.

You could apply that to every single appointment for every job in the United States.
This is nothing more then I thought it would be. Once Obama cannot get any of the agenda items through his puppet strings will be cut and they will have their second groomed person to step in. Obama was never a leader of anything. He was hand picked, groomed, and is serving to push the progressive agenda of Global Governance. They knew they could only get so far passing and taking over certain areas, so do not think they are stupid. There is an Obama 2 coming.
We just get to watch the show of them throwing him under the bus, but in the mean time, be watchful of what is going on behind the scenes because they surely do not want the American People to see what they are doing.
