An Open Letter on Troop Strength

I think I'd have to agree with this. In order to create meaningful diplomacy, one must be able to act. Right now the troop strength is not there:

Yes, I agree. An increase in strength of 25K troops per year for several years. But we need to remember that such will be very expensive. I have read estimates that each additional Army Division (~15K men) will cost more than $10 billion.

Going to pay for it one way or another. Preventative whenever possible is the best in my opinion.
