Well, now that I understand your original question I have a theory for why right wing loonies end up in the conspiracy thread and left wing loonies all over the place.
Right wing loonies are too lazy and uncreative to think for themselves so they glom onto whatever conspiracy theory suits their particular brand of paranoic delusion.
Left wing loonies, on the other hand, misthink for themselves.
