TOTUS goes everywhere with 0bama, he really is his BFF. I've seen both of these guys speak off the cuff, they're pretty good at it, yea they might use a teleprompter from time to time but not almost EVERYTIME.

Have you heard 0bama speak without one?? Uhhh, uhhh, ah, ah, um, um, it goes pretty much like that, unless he's telling someone how it "really" is. Then he's pretty fluent.
