An easy way to stop free k-12 for illegal kids

In 1982 in the infamous case of Plyler v Doe, the Supreme Court decreed that illegal kids have a constitutional right (!!) to free education at taxpayer expense. If we ever get an honest man in the WH, all he has to do is announce automatic deportation of any kid known to be here illegally. Illegal parents will not put their kids in school then and the corrupt SC will be stymied.

By definition illegal means you can not stay here. It is cheaper to ship them home than to contune to support them with food, housing, education, medical care and equal protection under our law. Note that it is our law not theirs. In many countries illegals are not a problem because they are shot on sight. I am not advocating that just an immediate trip to the buses or planes and get them the hell out of here.

Anotherr way to void plyler v doe is for congress to make it a crime for a school to admit an illegal. They would need to further announce that any judge who nulllifies this law will be impeached and removed on grounds that it's obvious he's taking bribes from the illegal alien lobby.
