Is Amway a mental symbol of TrumpUSA?

Don't deny that marketing and salesmanship are integral to capitalism-imagination. Every good American citizen appreciates why the 'aesthetics' of good-old-fashioned storytelling (movies, comic books, etc.) involves an examination of social contracts and salesmanship, since Americans love capitalism. Iconic American fables such as The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (a tale of terrorism by a specter), The Grapes of Wrath (a tale of enduring economic depression), and On the Road (a tale of understanding American customs) all explore the metaphysics of contracts, trust, and salesmanship. Without trust/contracts, Americans are not thinking much about the aesthetics of courage, leadership, and democracy.

That's where Amway enters the scene. I'm not a member of Amway, but my parents were involved with it for a short time while I was in high-school. Amway involves a network of merchants and customers all created by community circles (friends, neighbors, etc.). The products sold by Amway merchants (who are themselves friends/neighbors) are home-goods, lifestyle products, foods, and even personal care/medical items. These are not brand-name treasures, but they are all medically/federally screened so there's no threat of contamination or unreliability. Amway, like Hoffa's Teamsters or the Star Trek Trekkies fan-empire, is an American 'tower' of trust/salesmanship/customs based social networking.

We know from hieroglyphs and drawings from Ancient Egypt that there were countless slave-laborers who worked in unison to help the great pharaohs build those impressive pyramids. This focus on streamlined and unified labor spoke to a pre-America human civilization interest in examining, magnifying, or even deifying the concept of contracts and production based on expected labor (or trust). While Americans care more about salesmanship than any other society/culture/civilization, human beings throughout world history have explored the symbolic value of contracts and trust (and labor/production). Maybe that's where we get the notion of a modern-day American 'corporation pyramid-scheme' (such as Amway!).

So this Christmas, under our commerce-centric TrumpUSA (led by former capitalism-baron Donald Trump), we might consider why an Amway pyramid-scheme highlights our nation's general love of commerce and contract based social networking (and even etiquette!). An Amway Christmas is a signal of the evaluation therefore of power, prestige, and production. We can see clearly then how an American examination of lifestyle contract applications can lead to metaphysical intimations of the consequences of betrayal or even a form of oppression-oriented 'social dementia.'

TRUMP: Are you a fan of Amway, Carter?
CARTER: I never got involved, Mr. President.
TRUMP: Well, it's a terrific social totem of capitalism-faith.
CARTER: Yes, it's a values-oriented salesmanship enterprise.
TRUMP: Community-building is possible with capitalism...
CARTER: Critics of TrumpUSA cite media-scandals as 'American hallmarks.'
TRUMP: They need to see more clearly the profitability of trend-investing.
CARTER: It's not simple marketing consumerism as a lifestyle intelligence.
TRUMP: Yes, and indulging in cholesterol doesn't help either!
CARTER: We therefore need to strike a balance between consumption and consciousness.
TRUMP: Lest we become zombies or cannibals...
CARTER: Amway is a nice example then of 'trust-based Americanization.'
TRUMP: Let's go watch Casino on Netflix!
