That's what I was just thinking. I think it's a great idea. Take some land about the size of your average city, build walls and gates around it so nobody can enter or leave and drop all the violent criminals there. If they survive their sentence they can leave when it's over. If not, oh well.

We could use Detroit. It's like 80% there already.
