I just saw today on the news that, America's National Electrical power Grid network, is to receive an $11 billion dollar upgrade. These funds should immediately go towards the
purchase of State of the Art computer control and monitoring systems and software, that
can prevent brown outs, and major black outs.

This money is to be included in the Economic stimulus package.

11 billion for an upgrade to our present grid is on the same level as a $2 tuneup for your car.

How much of an investment would you advise them to invest in the upgrade?
