Americans started Iraq campaign and "Arab spring revo" to get under its control energy supplies into Europe.
I see it as highly disturbing that the EU depends so much on Middle East energy supplies. Americans control everything there and so they control the EU!
Take Iraq. What were in reality European gains there? We got practically nothing! Four American companies (Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford and Schlumberger) got contracts for drilling, construction of dwells and repair works to upgrade the equipment in Iraq.
Generally, I heard point of view of some specialists employed in some European companies lucky to get into the oil and gas sector of Iraq, that it's really a challenge to operate in Iraq due to political turmoil, unacceptable licensing conditions and poor facilities. That's why there was no active participation of European companies in license tender on Iraq in 2012. Far as I know the situation is similar in other post-revo countries in Middle East.
It's just flashed though my mind that Americans may intently be hampering positive changes in these countries so that to make unbearable the cost of developing and exploiting of energy resources by European companies there. If so, then Americans have reached their aim in Iraq and elsewhere....
