No rape, no penetration. He's still a pig, and at least his name has been splashed all over the internet so people know to keep their kids away from him, but it wasn't rape.

Who cares if he was? Just because a person is dying doesn't mean that they can get a lighter sentence for committing such an atrocious crime against a child. They should have to face the full wrath of the law like anyone else. Dying people can be scumbag criminals too, I'm sure.

Yeah, not very informative. It seems that they are hesitant to tell us what this "inappropriate touching" could be? Could be a lot of different things. I suppose the family could be making it up for a cash settlement or something to. You just never know. There are some scummy people out there, and you can't put anything past them.
