Eliphas Levi's design for Baphomet goes back to 1854. They merely copied his design for the statue.

What they have a copyright for is the Sigil of Baphomet, a circle with a five-pointed star drawn as the face of Baphomet, when COMBINED with the words "The Church of Satan".

That is the limit of their copyright.
