they are doing it intentionally to buy votes. Repubs and demos and teatards alike.
They are all cancer.

Its not about votes. It doesn't matter who wins elections anymore. The republicans have been infiltrated with progressives, i.e. John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Bush Jr.
Haven't you noticed that it doesn't matter whether its a repub or a dem, the federal governement seems to keep getting bigger?
This is done intentionally to crash the system so government can come in to "save the day"
Its the same old trick in the book. Create the problem and then offer your "solution" to the problem.
A person that believes in changing the country to a centrally planned society through the practice of incrementalism.
Of course there are varying degrees of progressivism. Obviously a McCain is not as progressive as someone like Obama but they both still lead to the same place, its just one person is going 150 mph while the other is going 75 mph

Yeah, that's not what "progressive" means.
Nor are either Obama or McCain "progressives".

You asked me what my personal definition was. So I answered you.
Funny how you dismiss my definition but don't offer up one yourself.

You're right, I didn't.
Mostly because it doesn't mean anything.
My point was mostly to accent the re-definition rhetoric. Only wingnuts think that they know what "progressives" really want..
To make things simple, let's call them the "right" and the "left" for now. I don't deny that the "left" uses the same rhetorical tactics as the "right", and just as much. But your examples don't work. You asked me what my personal definition was. So I answered you.

Fair enough...
I feel I need to add though that the "progressives" are masters at the "re-defining rehtoric"
Well, "Healthcare Reform" would be the reform of healthcare. Which the bill was not. It was intended to reform our "Health Insurance" system. So that's correct. Its not "Health Care Reform" its "Health Insurance Reform"
"Keeping things the same" would mean letting the tax cuts expire, since that's the way they were written. "Renewing the tax cut" would be correct. Its not "keeping taxes the same" but giving a "tax cut"
Don't really know what you're referring to.Its not a standard capacity firearm magazine but its a "high capacity" magazine
I bet "Socialism" is another word that you've made up a definition for too....I heard that they are calling socialism now "state capitalism"..... but it has capitalism in it so it must be good!!!
