Most Americans submit to nothing and have the "Fuck off/I'll do what I want/How can I get mine? attitude that just exacerbates problems when they occur.

Yeah..like 112 people died in Ike..whereas 1,836 people died in Katrina. The people in New Orleans were left to lanquish in flood waters for several days and shot at by people in other states when they sought help.

So yeah..there was a pretty big difference.
