I can put the billboard in a big jar of piss and call it a work of art.

I can get a grant for my art too

I didn't see anything in there, said or implied, to make anyone think GT was calling the billboard art.

Obviously Frank had every sensitive bone in his body offended by a couple words on a billboard that he'll never see in person and can't believe that anyone would dare post religious views that aren't the same as his.

Hence the stupid blabbering about art and piss.
