None of that Changes the Fact that the VAST Majority of Existing and New Infections are from (3) Groups... Homosexual Men... IV Drug Users... And a Combination of those (2).

It's Consistently been this way for 3 Decades.

It's not like the Plague where you can Catch it by Casual Contact at the Bank.

If you don't have Anal Sex with Men and don't use IV Drugs, you are VERY Unlikey to get HIV.

But it seems that it's a 1 in 3 Chance if you are a Homosexual Male in these Urban Areas.
