As a demagogue and all-around conman/charlatan, Trump has managed very successfully to divert attention from and obfuscate factors that really matter.

Anticipating the daily screw-ups facing his corrupt administration, Trump does an excellent job to throw out something to take our eyes off the scandals.

"Spy-Gate"....something that he says others are labeling it, while it was JUST him who made up the lie, is just one recent example of this man's gesticulation to divert attention from his failures.....giving reasons to his loyal and mindless base to keep supporting him....

But his amazing feats is that he ALSO forces criticism to be redirected toward his more recent LIES and away from the more damaging screw-ups that should have been addressed.

here's one recent example how Trump DIVERTS the important topic of a possible failed NK meeting, with one of his lies which made everyone talk about his lie and NOT the much more important topic.
It'sone of those, "look here and don't look there."

As far as I can see (and Bill Clinton would agree) that "it's the economy stupid" and the economy is doing fine with the DOW around 25,000. It might seem forever to the crazy left but it has only been a year and change since President Trump handled two hurricanes and the most notorious left wing assassination attempt on republican congresspersons in history. The guy they hired is a spy. He wasn't an informat. The latter would have to be a member of the campaign. The FBI paid a man to make contact with campaign members, pump them for information, and feed them bogus information. That's what spies do, not "informants."
