Bernie Sanders Accused of Using Campaign Money to Benefit Family
A new report suggests that Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders and his wife have repeatedly done the most socialist thing ever: funnel thousands of campaign and nonprofit dollars toward family members and friends.
A request for comment from the Sanders campaign was not immediately returned.
Infamously, O’Meara Sanders was not known for her fiscal responsibility while president of Burlington,allegedly overstating pledge donations while filing a loan with the Burlington Diocese of the Catholic Church, forcing them to reportedly eat a loss up to $2 million.
