Our Nation was founded by brilliant men who hated excessive Taxation. There would be no America if they hadn't. Big Brother has abused his power by squandering Tax Dollars and destroying future generations with a massive $16 Trillion and growing Debt burden. So if he's demanding more Taxes, the answer is a resounding HELL NO!! Taxpayers shouldn't be forced to give more of their hard-earned money to this corrupt & incompetent Government. Let Big Brother at least attempt to get his House in order first, before he demands more Tax Dollars. That's the deal, he can take it or leave it. Fuck em.

Yep. The only thing the radical right hates more than taxes and government....is the government employees that are paid from those taxes (Except the troops, they always "support the troops" with new bumper stickers, Sarah Palin told them to).

So yes, they preach lower taxes, slash government. But they'd be first in line bitching when a govt couldn't meet a need it did before lowering taxes and slashing services. They've been convinced that lower taxes means MORE revenue to the government. Yet.....they preach about shrinking government, so WHY then would they want to do something (lower taxes) that would send more revenue to the very entity they hate the most??????

Taxpayers aren't the issue or problem. The Government is. The Big Government assholes have done a fine job convincing many to be angry at fellow Taxpayers though. It has been a very successful misdirection trick. It's a shame so many have been fooled. All of the anger and frustration should be directed at Big Brother. The Taxpayers paid the money, and Big Brother squandered it. They are not to blame. People shouldn't buy into his misdirection tricks.

And Mitt is elected and somehow Mitt has a Congress that is gonna vote his way. And they get all the cuts in tax rates they want and they get everything Ryan wants. And the deficit explodes again (like the CBO and others say it will). Even Ryans plan does not balance the budget for years, if ever. And Ryan shows increases in the debt under his plan.

The question; what will you hate the debt folks say about Mitt then? I mean you accepted the explosion of debt under Bush, hated it under Obama. So what will you say when one of your own bury's us even further in debt.

Cause you know he will. But it could still be more fun arguing this idea than saying the same things over and over and over about the current situation. Give the Dems here a chance to play offense and you repubs to stay in denial.

Historically, tax increases while offering temporary relief to government coffers, ultimately result in lower revenues and slower economic activity.
