The sudden announcement that special counsel Robert Mueller will testify publicly before Congress is setting the stage for an explosive mid-July on Capitol Hill.

Lawmakers are eager to grill Mueller for hours during back-to-back House hearings on July 17 about the findings of his 22-month investigation into Russia’s election interference in 2016 and potential obstruction by President Trump.

Democrats want to amplify the contents of Mueller’s 448-page report, which paints a damning picture of Trump’s efforts to gain control of and thwart the probe into his campaign’s contacts with Russia.

Both parties are already drawing their battle lines and laying the groundwork for the contentious hearings.

From what I've read the unredacted report is available to them but only two Republicans have read it. Guess the Dem dipshits aren't interested in the unredacted report.

One of my favorite little moments in watching it all unfold is when the president notices that Nancy Pelosi is "losing it " and then when you watch and listen to her speak you realize it's true. She stumbles over every sentence and does those weird things with her hands that are out of synch with what she's trying to say. Her uncontrollable rage against Trump has stolen her smile and she seems like she's medicated--a total wreck. And she embodies the whole Democratic party melting away....it's sad to see, but it has to happen.
The truth will come out and indictments are coming. Maybe Mueller secretly wants to testify to finally come clean with what he knows and jump ship before it sinks.The worst they can throw at him is obstruction unless he perjures himself, since he was appointed by Rosenstein after Comey was fired.
