I doubt that is true, but suppose it was. It would be a clear indication that the new boss would expect results not feeling good.

Can you picture President Romney cleaning up the GSA? What would President Romney do with Leon Panetta flying around on the tax payer's dime? How about the men paid to protect him? Would President Romney fail to deal with his agents getting drunk and whoring on the public dime?
