It turns out the Democrat is actually liked by a giant majority of the state's likely voters, and the Republican candidate is genuinely disliked by a a giant majority of the state's likely voters.

And so the Democrat, thanks to the Tea Party and Governor Palin, actually has a chance where there aren't enough likely voters to even spell "Democrat," much less. . . ."What's-Her-Name!"

Polls are actually only statistical, and in the current Midterms there is the Tea Party skew not being fully documented. There is a Generic Ballot difference that Galllup likes to compare to typical elections, But this time out there is (1) Fox News, and (2) a number of candidates claiming the support of bona-fide lunatics.

Hawaii 1 is not a good example of an outpouring of an "energeized" Tea Party/GOP, but there are a lot of GOP claiming Tea Party support--who may be relatively concentrated in just a few races. Hawaii 1 is near to Punahou School, of Barack Obaman, and the different take of many things!

In Hawaii 1, then the Democrat is leading. In California gubernatorial, the latests polling shows the usual Democratic last minute pick-up, with Whitman even down to 37 percent: Which is maybe more cents than she actually has left to her name. There are some California toss-up races not being helped at all by the top of that ticket, and even GOP seats that are solid are likely not bein helped by the top of that ticket. Famous California 45 may turn away from forer spouse of Sonny Bono, even.

There is in 45 the same problem as in Alaska. The Democrat is actually well-liked.

The West Coat, and further West, will likely be tuning in relatively late to the Election results.

Rubio likely will be ahead, and Paul likelly will be ahead, and McCain will even be ahead, except in Phoenix, which is Los Angeles time. No one ever knows if Senator McCain even knows where he lives. Some people have to ask.

Sedona, actually, is north of Phoenix.

Since California seems to have turned lopsided, then Nevada may able to do so, also. Clark County Democratic turnout already matches their registration advantage, and Republican turnout only matches their registration.

There seems to be no energy there, or in Hawaii 1.

So GOP "energy" may be more concentrated than anyone has noticed.

Unless it's 80 to 100 seats plus gain, then even Lincoln may stay home after all--where it's warm enough for his kind of soul. He tends to be remembered in nether world terms, unleashed.
