Ain't gonna lie....I kinda like Bernie Sanders!

As right wing as they come but I gotta admit....something about Bernie. I like the guy. He's honest. He seems genuine. He doesn't even have a super PAC. He has some good points about the "rigged" economy. He does.

Good! And the best thing about him is his message hasn't changed in 40 years. He does not waffle.

I heard 75% Do Not go to college. But Bernie wants them to pay for the 25% that Decide to go? Why should the Electrician in Boise pay for some nut in Berkeley to take Political Science? Not fair?

Why do so many people buy the lie that tuition free higher education will be a drag on our economy? All one must do is think beyond the initial outlay and see the revenues created by a populace that is educated to the highest possible level.

Education is THE KEY to prosperity. It's also....however....like kryptonite for people who need a nation of dummies to maintain the status quo.

Both Bernie and Hillary will work toward making higher education easier to pay for. An intelligent voter would demand this of ALL candidates.
The problem is that the left wing says, "Go to college, that is your ticket out of poverty. We'll make it easy for you financially and so more and more people will go to college. Due to the Left, college is just a step barely ahead of high school. Colleges have classes in remedial reading ! Remedial classes are for high school, perhaps even before entering college. If a person isn't college material, let them focus on other options, such as skilled trades.

Please. YOU attended college. Anyone is college material. Hop off that high horse....you look silly up there.

And....if you were capable of paying attention, Sanders doesn't differentiate between academic higher education and vocational higher education. Both are required and both are out of reach for too many Americans.

College should mean trade schools too.

College (a degree in music ?) isn't all it's cracked up to be.

That's what I just said.

Bernie Sanders is a crackpot and the only reason no one has noticed is the GOP has stolen the crack pot thunder with Trump, Cruz, Carson, Carly, and others of that ilk.

Socialist? Revolution? Free college? He's doddering.

Yes, you too can have your Happy Meal boxed up by someone with a Ph.D. in Women's Studies.

My wife has a college degree and works making about $16 an hour. The kid sitting next to her barely graduated from high school. The kid sitting next to them has a GED. Her boss never finished college. Several of her coworkers also have college degrees.

Presto! Thanks to Bernie, they all have college degrees! How does that change anything?

They still have no need for a degree to do the level of work that they do, so now they are just all overqualified!

Anyone buying this op's newfound direction? Lol what is this? The third time you've party flipped since I joined?

A political party is not a football team, you can turn to another political party, if they are not representing your interests anymore.

At least thats what smart people do.........
no the smart people dont want either party .....because neither one of them are doing this country much good....and its going to get worse, look at the people that are running....
There are good people. The 4th man on the Democratic ticket that dropped out before it even began..... the vet, I forget his name. Good man

And there are good men/women on the right. They just don't have any experience

Who says you can't turn to another football team? Haven't you heard of bandwagon fans? ;)
He left out where your principles will or can eliminate 99% of the opposition. For instance as a free market business owner who was pocketed on jobsites for not being union, I will NEVER support a pro union candidate. Democrats are pro union on the national level.

He reminds me of the kind neighborly grandpa that doesn't scream to get off his lawn but instead brings out lemonade and cookies for the kids.

Soo.. move to Venezuela, and go looking for a Walmart.

He is an idiot. I dont say that lightly. But I suppose being stupid is better than being a criminal

The key to prosperity is not only education. It's making smart decisions in life such as not having pets when you are living paycheck to paycheck. Not starting a family if you are not married or otherwise can't support children. Not blowing money on the newest cell phone and cable or satellite services. Not buying cars you can't afford.

My father taught me long ago, making money is not the challenge in life. Keeping what you make is. Anybody can make money........an idiot can make money. But it's less of what you earn than it is what you can keep.
