Any taxes relating to my vehicles are either state or local - not federal. That means it would require a complete overhaul of every computer tracking system for every state and local government in the entire country to make this work. These would then have to be interfaced with the IRS system, which would also have to undergo massive work. You really see that happening in the next four years, do you?
