Both Carolina's are more purple than red/blue. They will make a comeback. But lets say Hurricane Florence nailed Rhode Island/Conn/Jersey/Philly. It would take quite a long time for that tri-state area to recover, and especially with winter coming. And then we get into early November and the area isn't fully recovered as up to 40% of residence still dont have power. You think their far left leaders would take all of the blame?
North Carolina got hit really bad, economy gonna take a major hit, so who do you think they are gonna vote for come primary season?

Your post isn't making a lot of sense. What is your point? Are you saying Democrats wouldn't respond to a weather disaster in a Tri-state northeast area in a timely manner..similar to the Trump reaction to Puerto Rico, with months of lack of utilities and water? Are you saying California Democrats cause weather disasters?
