AFLCIO should shut the doors on all unions and walk away. As I supported/was a member on one local or another for over 10 years . When I needed help, and was told," That action is bullshit and You will have your job back within 2 weeks with back Pay"
I didn't even get to be involved in the final Grievance Hearing, and was told there wasn't anything the union can do.
